WORK SESSION BUDGET MEETING:  The Board will meet for a work session on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the La Quinta Clubhouse.  The sole item on the Agenda for this meeting is a review by the Board of the Association's current financials and to begin planning for the 2027 budget.

REGULAR BOARD MEETING:  The Association's next monthly Board meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, August 17, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the La Quinta Clubhouse. 

The Board meets regularly on the third Monday of each month, beginning at 6:00 PM in the La Quinta Clubhouse .  Owners are encouraged to attend and participate at all regular and special scheduled Board Meetings.
