La Quinta residents may reserve the clubhouse for private events. The space is available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to current capacity guidelines.
To request a clubhouse reservation, please complete the Clubhouse Reservation Form below. We recommend you check Clubhouse availability by viewing reservation calendar prior to submitting your request.
Use of the clubhouse and or pool is governed by the community rules. Please review the Rules prior to your event to insure a safe and enjoyable event for you and your guests.
Community Pool: The La Quinta community swimming pool is for resident use. The pool may not be reserved for private events. Pool hours and rules are listed in the Rules section below.

Our Clubhouse Rules provide an outline for the appropriate use of our community clubhouse, including guidelines for conduct, reservations, and cleanup responsibilities. All residents and their guests are expected to adhere to these standards whenever using the facility.
