About the Community
La Quinta at Barkley Ranch Estates is a gated residential community in Yuma, Arizona, known for its well-maintained single-story homes and inviting atmosphere. Mature palms, thoughtfully designed water-wise landscaping, and quiet streets contribute to the comfort and pride shared by its residents.
Community amenities include a clubhouse and pool that serve as central gathering places for neighbors throughout the year. Common areas are professionally maintained, and the entrance is marked by a distinctive fountain and signage that reflect the identity and character of La Quinta.
La Quinta is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the membership. The Board meets the third Monday of each month at 6:00 PM in the La Quinta Clubhouse. Homeowners are encouraged to attend Board meetings and work sessions.
