REGULAR BOARD MEETING:  The Association's next monthly Board meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, October 19, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the La Quinta Clubhouse. 

The Board meets regularly on the third Monday of each month, beginning at 6:00 PM in the La Quinta Clubhouse.  Owners are encouraged to attend and participate at all regular and special scheduled Board Meetings.  

Fall Tree Trimming and Removals:

       Arbor Tech will be in the La Quinta community to perform the fall cleanup and to also remove large and aging trees from the common areas.  The trees being removed have been identified by certified arborists and are consistent with the attached Tree Management Report located on the lqhoa.com website.

         Owners wanting a quote for tree trimming and or removal should contact the HOA at lqyuma.hoa@gmail.com on or before October 19th.  Tree trimming and removal expenses for your individual lots would be payable via an addition to your assessment invoice for the agreed amount.  We have been quoted a very reasonable fee of $350 for each tree removal. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
