This is also where you will find the Association's governing documents, forms to request landscaping or architectural review, request a clubhouse reservation. Check back here for the latest community updates and notices. Our Association Board meetings are usually held the 3rd Monday of each month at 6:00 PM in the La Quinta Clubhouse. Our next Board meeting is scheduled for August 17, 2026 at 6:00 PM. Please join us! Whether you’re a new homeowner or a long-time resident, our goal is to ensure you feel supported and engaged.

La Quinta at Barkley Ranch Estates is a gated community of well-kept homes, mature palms, and water-wise desert landscaping in Yuma, Arizona.
Our volunteer Board of Directors and committees work year-round to protect property values and keep our common areas safe, healthy, and beautiful.

3rd Monday of each month, 6:00 PM, at the La Quinta Clubhouse.
