This site is also where you will find the Association's governing documents, forms to request landscaping or architectural review and request a clubhouse reservation. Check back here for the latest community updates and notices. HOA Board meetings are held the 3rd Monday of each month. The next Board meeting will be held on Monday, September 21, 2026 in the La Quinta clubhouse at 6:00 p.m. Please join us! Whether you’re a new homeowner or a long-time resident, our goal is to ensure you feel supported and engaged.

La Quinta at Barkley Ranch Estates is a gated community of well-kept homes, mature palms, and water-wise desert landscaping in Yuma, Arizona.
Our volunteer Board of Directors and committees work year-round to protect property values and keep our common areas safe, healthy, and beautiful.

3rd Monday of each month, 6:00 PM, at the La Quinta Clubhouse.
